If you would like to contact us in person, our reception is open from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm and Monday to Saturday from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Please contact us by telephone for bookings, enquiries and further information regarding our opening hours.

If you would like to make a booking, you can do so on our website and will automatically receive an instant confirmation.

However, we are available to our guests on +49 7824 644-0.

Our cancellation policy:

– up to 6 weeks before arrival: 10%

– up to 1 month before arrival: 20%

– up to 2 weeks before arrival: 30%

– one week before arrival: 50%

– thereafter: 80%

– No-show: 100%

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
